Shipping Policies
Shipping charges are based on your order amount.
$0.01 - $10 is $6.00
$10.01-$50 is $9.00
$50.01-$100 is $12.00
$100.01-$200 is $15.00
Over $200 will be calculated, as will extra shipments.
Please remember that shipping charges are 'per shipment', not 'per order.' We ship as the items are available.
All shipments to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States of America are shipped by UPS ground service/insured (or USMail if order is under $10). Please be sure to give us a correct shipping address. We will assume the shipping address is residential, unless you tell us otherwise. If you give as an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address, you will be charged a $7.50 service fee.
Shipments to: APO, Alaska, FPO, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Island addresses are shipped by priority mail with insurance at cost to buyer.
How To Return Merchandise
If your merchandise was DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT: keep the original shipping carton and immediately call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to report the damage.
No returns after 20 days from date of invoice.
If you wish to return an item or items for exchange or refund, please, follow these instructions:
On a copy of your invoice write the reason for returning the item or items and whether you wish an exchange or refund, then put it and the item(s) in the original shipping carton with enough packing material to fill the carton. Then seal the carton.
RETURN your package through a UPS terminal (ground service) or by US Mail. For your protection, insure the package for its full value.
If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping charge will be reimbursed.
Additional shipping, handling or processing fees charged by packaging centers will not be reimbursed.
Packages must be prepaid. Packages returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.
KEEP your shipping receipts until you have received credit for your return. We reserve the right to require proof of return shipment, in the form of a receipt, to credit your account.
Shipping charges will not be refunded if your order is returned for one of the following reasons:
- Refused shipment(s) with no explanation.
- Orders returned without explanation as to why.
- Duplicate order(s) placed by you.
- Purchased item(s) somewhere else and did not cancel your order with us before we shipped your order(s).
- Changed your mind and did not cancel order(s) before we shipped your order.
- You have moved and failed to notified us of your new address before we shipped your order. If you wish the order to be shipped to your new address after it is returned to us you will be charged a new shipping charge.
